As an neurodivergent non-binary provider, I specialize in trauma work, eating disorders, and substance use. My approach is to guide clients in their recovery through a strengths-based approach and liberation mental health. This means that while working toward goals related to healing, we also do work towards reclaiming the neurodivergent and/or trans gender identity.
I have worked with clients through DBT-informed interventions for ten years. This means that our work will focus on cultivating coping skills and building a robust support system. For parents that I work with, this often means practicing coping skills as a family so that all members of the family can help themself and each other to cope better.
At this time I am exclusively providing services through telehealth with an option for occasional house calls depending one distance. At all times, I provide a safe and productive environment for clients to explore difficult feelings and the obstacles they're facing with unconditional acceptance.
