My passion for this work comes from my own life experiences. With an Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) score of 8 and losing my mother to drug addiction when I was young, I know what it’s like to carry the weight of trauma—and I also know that healing is possible. Those experiences don’t define me, but they have shaped the therapist I am today, allowing me to sit with my clients in a way that comes from both professional training and genuine understanding.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma and anxiety, integrating evidence-based approaches including EMDR and IFS
