At Resilient Pathways we focus on somatic/emotion focused practices—an approach that works directly with the nervous system to address the root of stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. Instead of only analyzing thoughts or building coping strategies, we guide you in reconnecting with your body’s innate ability to regulate, process, and heal.
Because lasting change doesn’t come from thinking differently alone—it comes from feeling safe enough in your body to implement lasting change.
We have 3 clinicians with diverse perspectives and capabilities, we will be sure to find the best fit for you!
We provide services for all ages of clients, 5 years and up. We offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual and the growth they seek. Sessions are feedback informed so you will always be in charge of where your therapy journey is going.
We specialize in many types of therapy including Somatic, ACT, DBT, Play Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy for both individuals and couples. We pride ourselves on using Trauma Informed & Somatic techniques no matter the modality.
