I am looking to work with clients want to foster their resilience and are open to exploring the emotional and psychological aspects of their journey. Together, we will work to cultivate healing, develop coping strategies, reducing triggers and empower them to continue forward in the healthiest way.
Dr. Stephanie is an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist, an Approved Consultant, and a Registered Play Therapy- Supervisor (RPT-S) credential from the Association of Play Therapy (APT). As well as a Fellow Thanatology (FT), recognizes her commitment to the field of death, dying, and bereavement awarded by the Association of Death Education and Counseling (ADEC).
The experience of Grief and Trauma leave us silently suffering with intense and intrusive negative cognitions. These feelings can be isolating and lonely. Together we can safely explore and heal these beliefs, helping clients transition from victim to thriver.
