Circle of Security Parenting
This reflective parenting approach focuses on emotional regulation, empathy and building parental capacity for reflective functioning as parents. The Circle of Security Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened. Program offerings include individual and group formats, at typically runs 8-10 weeks depending on how the group is structured by the COSP registered facilitator.
