***Accepting new clients via telehealth and face to face. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have over 6 years of experience providing clinical mental health services in a variety of settings. I utilized a trauma informed approach to assist individuals and families with managing symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, ADHD, complex trauma, relational issues, and problematic sexual behaviors. Clients who are feeling stuck in negative thought and behavior patterns would benefit from my expertise to help experience change.
My goal is to help clients develop and foster resilience to recover from trauma and past adverse life experiences. I am committed to meeting individuals where they are and assisting them with shining light in their dark places they have developed. I aim to guide clients on the path to hope, light, courage, transformation, and growth.
I believe we all are capable of growth and change once we identify and work through the obstacles in our way.
