I have worked with children, adolescents and adults for over twenty years in the mental health field. I have experience treating a variety of mental health concerns including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, eating disorders and addiction.
I utilize different treatment modalities but focus heavily on the use of mindfulness and dialectical behavioral therapy. I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and other techniques to help clients work through their pasts so that they can live fully in the present.
