I’m a licensed therapist who works with children, teens, and adults (ages 5–65) to navigate anxiety, OCD, trauma, and intense emotions. I became a therapist to better understand human suffering and the path to self-compassion. I bring experience from adolescent PHP, adult psychiatry, and community mental health, giving me a well-rounded lens to support a wide range of challenges.
My ideal client is anyone who is willing to put in the work to become the best version of themselves. I believe in each person’s ability to self-heal, with the guidance of a therapeutic relationship. Even with the best therapy, in my opinion, the most significant progress is made outside of sessions.
As a therapist, my communication style is warm, validating, and person-centered. I focus on building trust and openness so that sacred moments can emerge in session. I adapt my approach to meet each client where they are, blending structure with flexibility.
