About
I am an experienced marriage and family therapist licensed in NY and CT offering comprehensive therapeutic services for individuals, couples and families. My specialites include anxiety, depression, affairs, divorce, relationship issues, sexual issues, intimacy, grief and peer relationships. In my practice I deal directly with strategies to enable personal and family growth and life enhancement.
Relationships are never beyond repair. If a couple has the most miniscule desire to remain together I tell them I will fight for their relationship longer than they will. Whether individuals are seeking help with a relationship issue, intimacy, sexual health issue or overall quality of life I offer hope where there sometimes is none.
Every patient that walks through my door is unique and special to me; so I ensure that everyone feels safe and important. It's so easy to think negatively, and in psychotherapy our goal is to change those negative thoughts to positive realities in order to enjoy life and relationships.
