I work best with individuals who are navigating recovery, trauma, or life transitions and are seeking both emotional safety and honest support. My ideal client is open to growth, curious about patterns, and ready to develop healthier ways of coping, regulating emotions, and making meaning of their experiences.
I’m pretty nontraditional in my approach, I don’t have one “way” with clients I like to meet each person where they are. I’m me, and I want you to be you! I’ve been practicing 16 years, I’ve learned traditional isn’t my style.
My work is grounded in a person-centered and integrative approach, drawing from motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative and meaning-making work, and experiential and expressive modalities. I also incorporate mindfulness and grounding techniques to support stability, self-awareness, and long-term change.
I offer a therapeutic space that balances compassion with honest reflection. I hope to appropriately challenge my client to work to understand patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with their values. My goal is to help clients move forward with greater clarity, resilience, & confidence in themselves.
