I am an Air Force veteran and spouse of a retired veteran. I have both personal and professional experience serving military members and their families. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained. I utilize evidence based practices to assist my clients in reaching their potential.
These evidenced based practices are effective in treating, anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship troubles and identity issues. I can also provide psychotherapy sessions through online video sessions.
