Hello, I'm Kelsey (LPC, CCTP II). I'm so glad you found me!
Drawing from trauma-informed and somatic approaches, I help clients understand their nervous system, process difficult experiences, and develop a deeper sense of safety, self-trust, and connection. Whether you are struggling with intrusive thoughts, chronic anxiety, unresolved trauma, or redefining your beliefs and identity, I provide a supportive space where all parts of your story are welcome.
I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, navigate OCD and anxiety, and explore the challenges that can arise during religious deconstruction and faith transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the understanding that emotional experiences are held not only in our minds, but also in our bodies.
We are human first before anything else.
My goal is to help you move beyond simply managing symptoms and toward lasting healing, greater self-understanding, and a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Now offering Clinical Supervision to residents in counseling.

Groups
Somatic Skills Group
This group therapy series empowers emotional healing through changing how we feel in our body. Traditional talk therapy often helps change thoughts or behaviors, but somatic therapy helps heal physical effects of trauma. Guided gentle movement helps us identify and release unregulated emotions, supporting the nervous system to respond in new ways. Perfect For You If: You find yourself either anxious or avoiding important people or activities; You feel invisible, overly responsible, or disconnected; You’re grieving a loss (of relationship, safety, identity, or future).
