If screaming into the void is an important part of your morning routine, SAME! People used to use the phrase, 'may you live in interesting times,' as a curse and now... I get it. Inflation, climate change, COVID, a political system gone haywire, and apparently we're supposed to just keep going to school and work and doing our little self care things and pretend like things are fine? I'm a radical therapist. Radical in this context means getting to the root, which means we'll look at societal factors as being primary sources of distress. We'll identify how large systems of harm have impacted you and the people in your life. And finally we'll move towards healing through creative expression, identity exploration, and community building.
