I take a holistic approach to therapy. I use modalities such as somatic psychotherapy, brainspotting, schema therapy, tapping, neuro-nutrient support, inner child work, and reparenting. My intention in therapy is to create a compassionate, inclusive space where you feel deeply seen and understood, and to support you in rediscovering safety within your body.
