Providing therapy is my calling so I'm honored to help and empower individuals, couples, and families.

I specialize in working with trauma/ PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, neurodiversity, intergenerational conflict, and immigration and acculturation challenges. Under an integrative umbrella, I use customized strategies including mindfulness, CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, narrative, and experiential and expressive arts therapies.
