As an expert in addictions counseling, I help individuals struggling with addiction, depression and anxiety find hope and recovery. I utilize a holistic approach that builds on a belief that individuals are the experts of their own lives. My practice integrates CBT, Strength Based and Motivational interventions as our guide to well-being.
