I have 30 years of experience helping my clients improve communication, resolve conflicts, increase marital satisfaction, and letting go of things that no longer serve. I combine cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment, and compassion focused therapy. Many of us carry shame and guilt and seem blocked from forgiving ourselves. I teach compassion for self.
My counseling commitment is to join you in a partnership where together we can discover ways to learn methods to reach a happier and healthier lifestyle. I work with many populations and have had much success with PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, pre-marital and couples counseling. I welcome LGBTQ, transgender and gender dysphoria clients.
