I earned my Master’s Degree in Agency Counseling from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2009.
I enjoy working with individuals and families using a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, person-centered therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy interventions.
