I know how overwhelming it can feel when life doesn’t go as planned—when parenting feels isolating, sobriety feels shaky, or big transitions leave you lost. I am specialized in addiction recovery, I have a lived understanding of neurodivergence and parenting and I offer a multicultural and inclusive perspective in our sessions. Therapy needs look different for everyone and I create a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, where we can untangle the hard stuff together and help you decide what would like to get out of the therapy process. Ultimately, I will strive to help you rebuild your relationship with yourself.
I am a certified European psychotherapist and psychodramatist along with my current license in clinical counseling with focus in addictions. I have been practicing since 2008 and have worked in mental health settings, rehab, educational settings and beyond. I use an eclectic approach based on your therapeutic needs and goals.
