Together we will take a nonjudgemental look at what is going on in your life, what is working for you and what is not. In a safe environment we will help you put together a game plan allowing you to see what you need to change in order to get to where you see yourself and where you want to be.
I bring something to Individual and Couples therapy that is rare today and not from a text book, that is lived experience. In drawing from different schools of thought in combination with my lived experiences we will employ such modalities of therapy such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
