Clients working with me receive a strategic plan that guides them through a process of connecting their past to their present in order to grow in self-compassion, peace of mind, and self-control. I am a trauma trained therapist and focus on shame, grief, and existential/spiritually related issues in therapy.

I bring with me over 35 years experience in various modalities of Behavioral Health from Education to Early Intervention to Inpatient Treatment. As a Licensed Professional Counselor I am able to call upon my experience to address many aspects of mental health concerns a client may be facing. I enjoy the personal interaction of face to face therapy and building a strong working relationship in order to improve and strengthen a client's well-being.
