Perhaps it has been difficult to set limits and boundaries and therefore make time for yourself. All of the above may be related to attachment.
I am passionate about supporting individuals understand how their relationships impact their well-being and how to improve their relationships to minimize overall stress. Currently I have limited availability (Virtual Appt Only):
