Teen DBT Skills Group (14-18 years old)
A weekly 75 min. 20-week (rolling admissions) teen specific DBT skills group to help young people struggling with rollercoaster emotions, self-harm or impulsive/destructive behaviors, chaotic relationship cycles, and difficulty staying grounded and connected with themselves. I will teach specific skills including emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness and mindfulness to help teens learn to better cope with life's difficulties and reach their highest potential. *MUST BE IN INDIVIDUAL THERAPY CONCURRENTLY*

Virtual Young Adult DBT Group (18-26)
Young Adults will come together in a virtual space to learn 16 weeks of DBT skills with a licensed clinician trained in DBT! You can expect to learn: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Distress Tolerance and Emotional Regulation skills to help you better support your mood, behaviors, relationships, and self-esteem.
