Motherhood is a transformative experience that is often beautiful, overwhelming, lonely, and exhausting all at once. Together, we’ll slow down, create space for your needs, and help you connect to this new version of yourself.
My style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. In our work together, we may focus on: Reconnecting with your body and calming your nervous system, healing from difficult or traumatic experiences, letting go of guilt and self-doubt, setting healthy boundaries and advocating for your needs, and rediscovering joy, balance, and self-trust.
I offer therapy for mothers at all stages of the perinatal journey, from preconception through early parenthood. You don’t have to keep pushing through or pretending you’re fine.
