I have spent my career training in the most effective evidenced based therapies including EMDR, ACT, CBT and will customize your treatment according to the best fit for you.
I specialize in working with individuals who have undergone trauma and loss and those who struggle with anxiety. I am trained and experienced in very effective therapies that will help remove barriers to healing that may have been there for years. Once lifted, this clearer lens provides a feeling of control over life, confidence, and more available energy.
