I am excited to work with a variety of different people, but have the most experience with teens, young adults, adults, and a spectrum of athletes at various levels and points in their careers, who are dealing with an array of challenges in their lives. The presenting concerns that I work with often include depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, relationship problems, body image concerns, anger, and sport performance. I have had the privilege of spending time with individuals from diverse populations to support them in different phases of their life.

My style in therapy is rooted in a strengths-based and client-centered approach to meet individuals where they are and support them throughout the process of getting to where they want to be. I collaborate with clients to utilize evidence-based practices that best fit each individual and ensure that our work together in therapy honors their needs.
