I have have a lot of experience with anxiety, depression and OCD, as well as helping people with big life changes, self esteem, and relationship issues. Everybody is different, so in working together I will listen to you and what you need from me to help you the best. A big reason I decided to become a therapist due to the belief that if people are more connected and insightful about themselves—and how they impact the world—the world itself will become a better place.
Using a holistic approach that brings in elements of ACT, CBT, and other mindfulness and body based work, and trauma informed care, I will work with you to help you on your journey to become the kind of person you want to be in the world.
I am also a yoga instructor and love to write as my own self care and am going through a yoga therapy program to learn about alternative ways of healing.
