I believe that much of what troubles us arises not from weakness but from misaligned expectations—of ourselves, of others, of life itself. Many of the individuals I work with are deeply introspective, attuned to the complexities of their inner world yet often feel weighed down by self-criticism or feelings of inadequacy. My therapeutic is integrative and informed by relational psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, somatic awareness and parts work. I work holistically, and invite awareness into the present moment to help inform where challenges may originate.
I am passionate about supporting those recovering from the effects of complex relational trauma, which can manifest in injured self-trust, nervous system dysregulation, or self-protective defenses.
