I first wish you well in your search to find a counselor that you can connect to. I have participated in counseling off and on throughout my life and consider our mental health as important as our physical health. Connection and relating are important in the counseling process. It is my hope to provide you with a warm and caring space. I do my best to be genuine and authentic and hope you feel comfortable enough to be yourself and share your thoughts and feelings without that fear of judgment. At the core of my philosophy, I believe truth, love and consciousness are traits we do best to foster.
I am a general practitioner and work with most mental health issues, but I spend most of my energy on gender identity, sexuality issues and neurodiversity. I am trans myself and have helped well over 2000 individuals transition. I love diversity. I am honored to serve the LGBT, kink, poly and neuro tribe communities. All are welcome at my office.
I practice mindfulness and meditation and help others in their journey to the present moment. I believe becoming more centered in the here and now gives us a higher consciousness that allows us to think more clearly and make better decisions for ourselves. We begin to truly live and love.
