I believe in helping clients develop those key coping skills while building and maintaining emotional regulation.
I use a person-centered focus, offering a safe and non-judgmental space where it’s essential to feel safe, seen and heard. When working with adults I provide empathy and validation. With youth I use an open, playful approach, making the process less intimidating so the focus is on overcoming obstacles to achieve goals and foster a more meaningful life.
