I am a Licensed marriage and family therapist in San Diego, CA. I’m a trauma therapist who utilizes different modalities such as inner child work, brain spotting, and EMDR. I specialize in PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationships, attachment styles, self-esteem building, and substance abuse. I have a deep desire and passion for those struggling with PTSD, Childhood trauma, relationship conflicts, and self-esteem. I am trained in EMDR, DETur, and brain-spotting. I have a strong love and connection for people; I’m focused on change, acceptance, and helping people be the best version of themselves.
