I am a Licensed Therapy that is centered on the unique individual and their presentation and needs. Each client is met with an open mind, ideas and strength discovery. Client's steer their therapy to meet day to day skill building, historical experiences and shaping the strengths and interests to allow for growth and appropriate, effective tools to move forward in an optimal journey. Therapy for the whole person and catered to each need as it presents. CBT, DBT, ACT, client centered and holistically designed.
Each individual is meet at their level of need, their unique strengths discoveries and use of existing tools and skills CBT, DBT, client centered to meet the needs and challenges noted to be appropriate for each and every person that presents in the therapeutic environment.
Each person is invited to present as they wish, share what they feel comfortable sharing and taking time to establish comfort levels and rapport. Outside communication is welcomed at the discretion of the client, family and couple.
