My name is Renee and I work with older teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and want change. I work with those who are navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, or borderline and narcissistic personality patterns. I also support partners of those affected, helping them build clarity, boundaries, and practical tools. Together, we explore patterns, understand what drives them, and develop strategies for daily life. Through a supportive and collaborative process, clients begin to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves and others.
I specialize in anxiety, complex trauma, depression, eating disorders, and borderline personality disorder. My approach blends CBT, DBT, person centered, psychodynamic, and solution focused therapy to explore root causes while building practical tools for everyday life and lasting change.
