Overthinking. Running on empty. You want to be present and patient, but find yourself reacting with an edge or pulling back just to get through the day. You’re capable, but worn down. I work with high-functioning adults who are drained by chronic stress, anxiety, relationship strain, and patterns like people-pleasing and perfectionism. You may be successfully checking every box but feel stuck and overwhelmed. You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. Many people come in when things feel exhausting and want to understand what’s driving it and change how they show up in daily life.
People describe me as down-to-earth & easy to talk to. I show up as a real person and invite you to do the same. As a private-pay practice, our work is shaped by you, not insurance. No diagnosis required, no session limits, and no pressure to fit a timeline. We focus on what’s getting in the way so you can start making real change. HSA/FSA cards accepted.
Providing services in ME, VA, SC, and FL. I practice solely online, making therapy more flexible. Reaching out can be hard, particularly if you are the one used to carrying much of the load.
