Often the barriers to clients' success include issues related to codependency, self-image, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, poor communication and conflict resolution skills, and ineffective coping strategies. The work that I do with individuals, couples, and families is designed to partner with clients as we identify and develop their resources. Clients are then empowered to interact with people and situations in a way that fosters continued healing and growth
We can work together to help you experience yourself as capable of living the life you long to live. I believe that every person has the ability to heal, grow, and change. I use different techniques and interventions as part of the therapeutic experience including ones from EMDR and Motivational Interviewing.
