I hold true to the social work motto, "meet each person where they are at". I offer a safe, upbeat, supportive atmosphere where you can feel comfortable and free to express yourself openly. I strive toward forming a strong therapeutic relationship that enables you to learn how to achieve your goals to improve your overall well-being and most importantly to Stay Positive.
The focus of my practice is treating college students, adults who are balancing their way through work and life and the baby boomers who want to find their peace. My concentration focuses on depression, anxiety, work related stress, self-esteem, relationship issues, life altering changes and even long-term care decisions. I utilize a strength-based approach
I look forward to working with you. I am working at Dracut Counseling Professionals. We only take requests for appointments via email.
