Are you experiencing distressing symptoms from unresolved childhood trauma? You may be experiencing PTSD, flashbacks, nightmares, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, behavioral addictions, or substance use. Together, we'll explore how & where the trauma became dysfunctionally stored & we will also explore those Parts that are desperately trying to protect the Self from further distress or pain.
I approach trauma from every possible vantage point, since it is stored in the body, thoughts & beliefs, emotions, nervous system & soul. This is why we can feel triggered so easily. I have found both experiential & existential types of treatments to be very effective in resolving symptoms related to trauma, while also building resilience to future stress.
As a depth-oriented, Jungian therapist, specializing in trauma for 24+ years, I am EMDRIA certified in EMDR.
