As a Faith-based Spiritual Director and Counselor, I help women get unstuck spiritually, relationally, and emotionally. After doing my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and completing my Masters in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care, I wanted to help women grow in their emotional, spiritual and relational lives. I help individuals that are experiencing grief, life transitions, wanting healthier relationships, wanting to experience more of their true self and worth, and who are experiencing anxiety, or depression. I help individuals create a healthier spiritual life and help women discover their voice and true self.
I help women move through the areas that they feel stuck. My Masters in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care and Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and training in the Enneagram, give me a holistic approach to help women connect with the parts of themselves that have been overlooked or pushed aside.
