I take an interpersonal, attachment-based approach to counseling and believe that the relationship between counselor & client is of the utmost importance. Outside of a trusting and safe environment, true connection and change is unlikely to occur. I specialize in depression, anxiety, personality disorders, relationship issues, grief & LGBTQ-related issues.
