I specialize with older adults, specifically Individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Older adults are more vulnerable to depression as their feelings are often minimized or ignored. My warm and empathetic approach provides a safe space for my clients to feel heard and understood.
My primary focus is to help my clients create realistic and achievable goals to ensure they are living the life they want to live. Living with dementia does not mean your life has to stop, it means you need to change your perspective, and I'd love to help you find your NEW you!
