Do you feel anxious or depressed, and wonder what it would feel like to be at peace with yourself? I work with a variety of people who experience symptoms such as anxiety, depression, relationship distress, symptoms of PTSD, chronic and life threatening illnesses, chronic pain, grief and loss and bereavement.
In my work with individuals I use mindfulness, meditation, teaching, EMDR, "parts work" and a focus on emotions. In my work with partners I use exercises and tools to facilitate a deeper understanding of yourselves and your relationship, as well tools for communication. This includes Gottman Family Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).
