Women's Awakening Meditation Group
This 2-hour session, blending 30 minutes of silent meditation with 1.5 hours of group interaction, is designed for those keen on spiritual growth through meditation, self-inquiry, and understanding. We'll explore non-dualism, dynamics between the relative and absolute, inner guidance, ego aspects needing reassessment, and integrating insights, including those from psychedelic experiences, for healing and liberation. Open to 7-10 participants weekly for 6 weeks, the group forms once 3 members join, with the time, date, and location (remote vs in-person) set based on participant availability. Insurance coverage may apply, with superbills provided upon request.

Join us for an upcoming Psychedelic Integration Group! This group will provide a supportive space for individuals to process and integrate their psychedelic experiences using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including parts work, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and psychoanalysis.
