As a therapist, I know there are times when we feel lost or lack confidence to navigate through critical and life-changing circumstances. Although we often have many strengths and skills, we have difficulty accessing these during periods of family changes or crises, depression, anxiety, or prolonged grief/loss. In therapy, I will facilitate the process of helping you reconnect with your strengths and discover new skills, strategies, and resources toward a more healthier approach to life challenges.

I specialize in working with children and adolescents, tailoring my approach to their unique developmental, emotional, and social needs. Using their personal interests, art, games, and play, I quickly develop a working relationship. I offer many proven strategies and resources to parents struggling in their relationship with their child/adolescent.

I work closely with you in developing well defined goals. Goals are written, reviewed, revised, and measured throughout therapy which maintains accountability and focus toward resolution of presenting problem. When helpful to you, I will contact itinerant service providers or school personnel.

The goal of the group is to help women effectively deal with relationships, transitions, grief/loss, personal/workplace stress, and codependency issues. Co-led by Regina Brody, LCSW, it is our intention to provide a safe, nurturing environment in which to build trust and to facilitate women at different ages and stages of development to support, encourage and challenge each other in achieving continued growth, self awareness, confidence and compassion.
