About
I became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with the purpose of helping people as they navigate through life’s many ups and downs. I am passionate about helping clients increase their self-awareness and recognize their inner strengths. I aim to provide a non-judgmental, safe space for clients to feel supported and validated. I utilize a client-centered approach to therapy, tailored to suit the needs of my client.
I use an eclectic therapeutic approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based Therapy.
I have years of experience in treating clients with a wide variety of issues, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and grief. I look forward to meeting you and building a successful, collaborative relationship in which we can work towards achieving your goals and building a life full of purpose and peace.
