My practice is devoted to recovery from disordered eating. If this is a lifelong or recent struggle for you, I am here to partner with you in meeting your recovery goals. My goal for you is a healthy and dynamic relationship to food and your body. I work from a body neutral and Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy, using evidence-based therapies from Cognitive Behavior and Dialectical Behavior modalities.
I have been treating adult clients with disordered eating for 15 years with experience in university counseling and hospital settings, including serving as a national subject matter expert and Lead Trainer for the Eating Disorders Initiative in the Department of Veterans' Affairs. The therapies I offer are targeted and goal directed.
Healing from disordered eating and improving body image is hard work, but it is within reach. Reach out to me if you feel ready to move toward your healthy self.
