My passion comes from the desire to help people better their lives and relationships with family and friends. Although I am grounded in a Cognitive Behavioral framework, it is my belief that therapy is for the client; therefore, I am eclectic in my interventions. I believe in meeting my clients where they may be within the experienced problem and the importance of truly understanding how I can best help. I have enjoyed working with children, adolescents, adults, and families by providing individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as parent coaching.
I enjoy working with those with attachment issues, mild to severe mood disorders, anxiety disorders, major life changes, behavioral and developmental disorders, and resistant clients. I like working with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
