I utilize a warm, strength based, trauma informed, holistic, and collaborative approach to help you reach your goals, release what is no longer serving you, and connect to the essence of who you are and where you feel in alignment with your values, purpose, and inherent worthiness. I am trained in EMDR, narrative, relational, and somatic approaches.

I seek to create a therapeutic space of unfolding safety where it is possible to take risks and try new things.
