Everyone needs understanding, compassion and hope. In today's world that's hard to come by. My hope is that when you come to my office you feel that and trust that what you say is important and how you feel matters. I've created a space that feels comfortable and invites you to be able to share what brought you in and receive the hope that you can and will feel better. We will work together to figure out what's not going well and what you hope to leave with should you chose to work with me.
I have worked with individuals seeking recovery from depression and anxiety, domestic violence/abuse, grief, health issues, trauma and childhood issues to name a few. I also work with those who are seeking better relationships and healing from infidelity and divorce. I use IFS, ACT, CBT and other modalities to help you navigate this next step.
