I use cognitive behavioral therapy and a strengths-based approach to help clients challenge negative perception, stress, anxiety, and substance use. Together, we reframe negative thinking, build self-awareness, and use personal strengths to create balance, and healthier responses to challenges. I have over 20 years helping people in crisis.
I support clients dealing with the mental health impacts of family conflict, career struggles, anger issues, Micro-aggressions at work, dealing with family members with addictions or self and your core beliefs.
