With a therapeutic style that is gentle, warm, relational, strengths-based and informed by values of compassion and anti-oppression, I collaborate with clients as they move towards their goals and desires. The clients I work with are often learning to cultivate healthy relationships, healing trauma, tending to anxiety, depression and neurodivergence (often late-diagnosed ADHD and/or autism), exploring identity (racial, gender, sexual etc.), grieving a loss, and/or cultivating a stronger sense of self-worth. If you would like to learn more, I would be happy to schedule a free consultation call!
I integrate multiple modalities to support clients in connecting to their wisdom and resiliency. I most often weave in the following: psychodynamic exploration, Somatic Experiencing (SE), parts work informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skill-building and mindfulness.
Whatever brings you here, welcome. I truly consider it an honor to walk alongside clients as they find ways to access more of their power and move closer to what they want. Thank you for considering me as someone you might want to work with. Please take a look at what I have to offer and contact me if you’d like to learn more!
